Shipping policy

Precispin (Eligo BV) ships orders from Lommel, Belgium. Every order is picked, packed and shipped by us.

Where we ship

We ship to all member states of the European Union and to most countries worldwide, except Russia and Belarus. Available shipping methods and costs for your country are shown at checkout before you pay. Deliveries outside the EU are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place): no Belgian VAT is charged, and any import duties, import VAT/taxes and customs clearance fees are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Free shipping from €50 (incl. VAT for consumers)

Orders of €50.00 or more ship free of charge to any destination we ship to. For consumers in the EU, the threshold applies to the value of the products in your order including 21% Belgian VAT, after any discounts; outside the EU it applies to the order value, which is shown without VAT. For example, an EU consumer order of €55.00 incl. VAT qualifies for free shipping; an order of €48.00 incl. VAT does not. For business customers who are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rules, the shipping cost that applies to the order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping costs for orders under €50

Orders below €50 have a flat shipping cost of €4.99 to every destination (including VAT for customers in the EU). There is no weight-based pricing; the applicable cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping costs within the EU include VAT and follow the same VAT treatment as the products in your order: Belgian VAT at 21% is included for private customers and for businesses without a valid EU VAT number, and EU businesses outside Belgium with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge). Deliveries outside the EU are shipped without Belgian VAT.

Dispatch

All items are kept in stock and are dispatched from Belgium within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, except Belgian public holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working day. If your order contains several items, they ship together in one parcel. For large orders, we confirm the dispatch date with you.

Delivery times

The delivery times in the table above count from dispatch and depend on the destination; the estimated delivery time for your country is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control can occur. For consumers, we deliver no later than 30 days after the order unless another date has been agreed; if we can't, you may cancel the order and we'll refund any payment without delay.

Carriers and tracking

Orders are shipped by a reliable parcel carrier. We will email you when your order has shipped, with any available tracking information.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete. For business addresses, include the company name and a department or contact person so the carrier can deliver during your opening hours. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we may charge the cost of shipping it again.

Risk during transport

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. For business customers, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. If the packaging or products are damaged, your parcel is missing, or you received incorrect goods, contact us as soon as possible at info@precispin.com. Please include your order number and, for damage, photos of the parcel and products. We will agree a solution with you.
