Withdrawal form
As a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See Part A of our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full conditions. Business customers: please see Part B of that policy instead.
How to withdraw
- Send us the form below, or any other clear statement, by email to info@precispin.com or by post. Using this form is not obligatory.
- Return the goods within 14 days of telling us, to: Eligo BV – Precispin, Dwarsstraat 10, 3920 Lommel, Belgium. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
- We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods back or proof that you sent them.
